This is Paul VK2HV the Band Policeman. He thinks ham radio is a business as he doesn't leave the radio for a minute. He lives in a Government funded house and is on and has been for years "Sickness Benefits" for what he tells all is a crook back, what a laugh. Paul owns and rides a Honda CB-400 and tells all that it is a Yamaha, all he has done is re badged it with Yamaha stickers.
This is Tim VK4HFO another Band Policeman.His Partner Marni walked out on Tim over a year ago as she could not put up with his drinking and drunken behaviour that he did to her and is doing to the Ham Radio operators.
Tim has fraudulently claimed a 40mt DX award because he was running an amplifier also getting ZL stations to work the DX because of the time difference and band conditions. Tim thought that VK's amateurs would not hear the ZL station using his call. He is another that thinks Ham radio is a business so is another "Dole Bludger"
Tim is and has been a fraudster all his life. Some say that Tasmanians have two heads, Tim is from Tasmania and if you look you can see the Grey Hair from his 2nd head coming out of his ears. Plus the Snot from his Nostril. Must be from his 2nd nose :-) Listen to 3575 if in VK / ZL etc when this lot are on from about 07:00DST. This is the daily update of the daily goings on from the Band Police. That is if they are not arguing / swearing or abusing others even telling YL amateurs where to go eg: get%$^^ed.

I just got an charming email from VK2HV. Just the usual, calling me
a wanker, hoping he catches up with me sometime, telling me to be
careful on my tower. (He told me that he was going to Cut the Guy Wires) The rest of it doesn't make sense allot of sense.
Did you see my post about the 1000+ normal spots he sent to DX
Summit ? Do a search on DX Summit, he has been posting there for
years and still is. I thought he said he doesn't use DX Summit ?
Anyway,
I don't need this crap, it's pathetic to think a grown man
can do all of this. I think I'm going to take a break for a while.
I'm not spending 1-2K to get a tower up only to have to deal with QRM
and people like VK2HV every time I'm on air. back .

haven't noticed what VK4HFO had done but if you find inappropriate
lines from our database please inform us and we'll investigate it
more. We can't really affect what those people do on packet cluster
network, the only thing we can affect is what they do on dxsummit.fi.

Bellow is an email from the DX Summit team, owners of the DX cluster,
where VK2HV has posted under my call sign, and other amateur's as
well, that have been on the DX Net, abusive comments and the
conformation from the admin of The DX Summit that the IP used to post
those comments is the same IP that is normally used by VK2HV. I
initially became aware of these comments when a US based operator
emailed me asking "queering" my abuse towards an F call station. Of
course I would never ever do such a thing and had to defend myself
and explain that it wasn't me that made the comments.
I really do hope something can be done about this person as his
behaviour is simply not acceptable and he is taking the fun out of
HAM radio for many operators, including myself. He has often closed
the DX net down single handedly due to the deliberate QRM.
Correspondence from DX Summit.
Usually we just ban these spamers when they are noticed; anyway, we
like to stop the abuse of our service. In future cases there's also
possibility to check ip yourself, from our web page
(http://www.dxsummit.fi/dxsinput.aspx).
Ip of user is 202.134.229.55 VK2HV seems to be ip owner, as most
spots sent with this IP are from him. I don't delete spots from our
database if you need any further evidence from us.
